Meeting your needs from the ground up!

Meeting your needs from the ground up! Meeting your needs from the ground up!

Soilmax Gold Digger Tile Plows

Do you want to install drainage tile but fear the  investment of doing it yourself? The Gold Digger makes tiling affordable  and effective. Utilizing the tractor you already own and our  cutting-edge, user-friendly tile plow, you can tile your land for 1/3 the price of outsourcing the job.

  • Manufactured from T1 Steel, allowing twice the tensile strength with half the weight.
  • 2 ¼” of t1 is = to 6” of mild steel in strength.
  • Thinner profile shank = easier pulling through the soil.
  • Lifting action lifting soil through the entire soil profile to make less drag on the plow.
  • Installation of 3” to 10” tile by changing quick change poly sided boots and shear.
  • Trapezoidal shaped shear and contoured boots to match tile size and  maintain tile trench from beginning to end for accurate pipe placement.
  • Zero deflection produces better grade control with the tile exit point directly below the hinge point of the pitch plow.
  • Proprietary proportional valve to make crucial incremental adjustments to keep your plow on grade.
  • Available options: PWM controlled tile feeder, walking tandems.

HD Cart

Soil-Max HD tile stringer carts improve productivity  with their smart design and broad tiling range. They simplify tile spool  transport and feeding so you spend less time in transport and set-up  and more time tiling.

Shaper Pro

The Shaper Pro will bring the ability for users to close a tile trench with little hassle, and worry free management of the trench spoils.

Shaper Pro has a working width of 8’.  It uses a pattern of rotating blades giving it a diameter of 24”.  This not only breaks up soil to a manageable size, but also moves it to the center through the use of a balanced double helix pattern.  After the material is sized and distributed in the trench, the Shaper Pro uses two hydraulic controlled back blades to contour final shape of the trench.

The Shaper Pro can be used by every installer of tile from the larger commercial customer to producers using tile on their own farms.

Design Benefits

Increased Lifting Action

Grade Control with Zero Deflection

Grade Control with Zero Deflection

Lifting action on the soil greatly impacts the drag coefficient of  any tile plow. While most tile plows can only lift the soil 2-3 feet,  the Gold Digger Stealth ZD has an impressive 5 feet of lifting action.  This unparalleled lift actually moves soil instead of compacting it. As a  result, it eliminates mounting pressure and allows the plow to move  effortlessly through the soil.

Grade Control with Zero Deflection

Grade Control with Zero Deflection

Grade Control with Zero Deflection

Deflection can be defined as “turning aside” or going “off course”  but these words can be eliminated from your vocabulary with the Gold  Digger Stealth ZD.  Unlike competitor tiling attachment systems, our plow  will never pitch up or down to cause this deflection.

Other tile plows use the parallel link method to control the grade,  but the Gold Digger Stealth ZD pitches up and down, allowing the plow to  directly follow the leading edge and making deflection impossible.  Thanks to the strategic placement of the “pivot point,” the Gold Digger  can lay drainage tile without the possibility of it veering off course  or damaging the tile.

When the Gold Digger’s GPS receiver  is placed near the tip of the plow, tile installation perfectly follows  the tip or shear. Other plows perform oppositely, countering what the  tip is doing when they make a grade change.

Zero Deflection Technology is  patent pending and an integral new method of grade control. It is a new,  but necessary tool to get the job done right.
